Where are you located?
Level 5, 131 Leichhard Street, Spring Hill. When you arrive at 131 Leichhardt Street, go through the foyer to the lift and press ‘5’. When you get out of the lift, turn right and we are in the corner with the green wall.
Where do I park?
There is plenty of street parking on and off Leichhardt Street. We recommend Little Edward Street, Fortescue Street and Boundary Street. Parking on these streets is paid parking for 2 to 4 hours. You will need to pay by app.
There is also prepaid secure parking with Wilson Parking on Fortescue Street and Astor Terrace Car Park on Portman Lane.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can see a psychologist or counsellor without a referral. If you would like to obtain a medicare rebate for sessions with a psychologist, then a referral from your GP under a Mental Health Treatment Plan is required. Make sure you book a long consultation (20-40 minutes) with your GP for a Mental Health Treatment Plan as time is required to assess your mental health.
How do I prepare for the first session?
Once you have made an appointment, you will be emailed an online intake and consent form. Consent forms often cover issues such as privacy, confidentiality, and access to information. To make the most of your time in the first session, it is recommened that you complete these forms before the appointment.
