Registered Psychologist

Accepting new clients, Current Availability for Assessments

Available Tuesdays and Thursdays

Hello, my name is Mandy. I am a registered psychologist who is passionate about supporting individuals to better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and compassion. I am dedicated to creating a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard and supported, feel safe to explore their experiences, and move toward their desired change.

I completed my Master of Psychology (Counselling) at the University of Queensland, where my training focused on person-centred and trauma-informed approaches to therapy. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals with concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and trauma-related experiences. I also have experience in conducting psychological assessments to explore a variety of diagnoses, including ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disorders.

As a psychologist, I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and working
collaboratively with clients to understand their unique stories, strengths, and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I also take a culturally sensitive approach and recognise the importance of considering each person’s cultural background, identity, and life context in therapy.

Having lived and studied across different cultures, I value working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and supporting people in navigating identity, adjustment, and cross-cultural experiences.

My goal is to support clients in developing greater self-awareness, acceptance, emotional resilience, and practical strategies that help them move forward in ways that feel meaningful and aligned with their values.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy running, reading, listening to podcasts, and sometimes indulging in watching Netflix.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

Isaac Brown

Registered Psychologist

Accepting new clients

Available Tuesdays and Thursdays

Hello, my name is Isaac. I completed both my undergraduate degree in Psychological Science and my Master of Psychology at the University of Queensland.

I believe therapy should be a space where people feel comfortable being themselves and talking openly about what is going on in their lives. Everyone’s experiences are different, so my approach focuses on meeting you where you are at and working together to understand what may be contributing to the difficulties you are facing.

I have experience supporting clients with concerns including anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, identity concerns, and life transitions. My approach is primarily informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a focus on building practical coping strategies and skills that help people respond differently to challenges and navigate everyday life with greater confidence.

a man with short curly hair and a mustache sits on a dark sofa, smiling, wearing a striped shirt and light pants. a lamp and green wall are in the background.

One area of professional interest for me is working with people who are exploring later diagnoses and beginning to understand themselves through a different lens. I enjoy helping people make sense of their experiences, recognise their strengths, and move forward in ways that feel authentic and aligned with their values.

Alongside my clinical work, I have also spent time working with children and within disability and NDIS-related contexts. These experiences have helped shape the way I approach my work and reinforce the importance of creating supportive spaces where people feel heard,
understood, and respected.

I also have a strong interest in animal-assisted approaches to wellbeing. Through previous work in community programs involving rescue animals, I saw how meaningful the connection between people and animals can be. I find it fascinating how animals can help people
reconnect with themselves, others, and the world in ways that sometimes feel easier or more natural, and I hope to continue exploring how these approaches may one day become part of the way I support people in my practice.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with friends and staying active. I like playing and watching basketball and closely follow the NBA and Formula 1. A lot of my spare time is spent at the gym, reading a good book, or with my dog George, who loves making
new friends at the dog park.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

Dr Erin Miller

Provisional Psychologist

Accepting new clients, current availability for telehealth

Available in April on tuesdays and fridays

Hello, my name is Erin. I am a client centred provisional psychologist who believes therapy should never be one size fits all. I work collaboratively with each person to create a therapeutic approach that reflects their goals, values, personality and life circumstances, drawing from a range of evidence based modalities to support meaningful and lasting change.

At the heart of my work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the most powerful tool in the room. When therapy feels safe, supportive and non judgemental, people can explore their inner world with honesty and curiosity, building insight, trust and self compassion along the way.

Together, we focus on developing a dynamic toolbox of coping strategies and skills that can evolve across the lifespan. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity concerns or major life transitions, therapy can help you strengthen resilience, widen your window of tolerance and approach challenges with greater confidence and calm.

a person in a white shirt and blue jeans sits on a dark couch next to a lit lamp, with a green wall in the background.

My approach is strengths based and goal focused. I support clients not only to heal and manage difficulties, but also to enhance performance, build emotional flexibility and move towards self actualisation, creating a life that feels aligned, authentic and fulfilling.
I am committed to providing inclusive, culturally safe care that celebrates diversity and honours each person’s lived experience. My role is to support you in becoming the best version of yourself in a way that feels empowering, realistic and uniquely yours.

I completed my Doctorate at City St George’s University London and spent 15 years working as a psychologist across a wide range of settings including charities, the NHS and private practice. Working in London’s rich cultural landscape has given me extensive experience supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, ethnicities, religious identities, gender presentations and sexualities.

Having worked in law enforcement for more than 28 years, I developed experience in biopsychosocial assessment, risk management, and providing evidence based support in complex situations. In my psychology placement, I draw on this background while continuing to build my clinical skills, maintaining a strong commitment to working respectfully with people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.

Jasmin Singh

COUNSELLING Psychologist & bOARD aPPROVED sUPERVISOR

not Accepting new clients, Current clients can rebook

Available Wednesdays and Thursdays

Hello, I am Jasmin. I have over 13 years of experience as a psychologist and mentor. I’m an endorsed Counselling Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with AHPRA. I have contributed research in the area of interpersonal neurobiology where I evaluated the link between emotions, relationships and brain development in young people through drawing assessments. And I presented at the International Congress of Applied Psychology and have published work with the International Journal of Neuropsychotherapy.

But that’s enough of my professional credentials! In case it’s not obvious, I am interested in all things to do with the brain and optimising its potential. I like the science of psychology. I have a special interest in working with individuals facing performance oriented challenges and relationship challenges. I believe that relationships, whether romantic, familial, professional or platonic, are central to our wellbeing, and that learning how to manage them with clarity and compassion is a skill worth investing in.

Psychologist Jasmin Singh of Mind Lift Psychology in Spring Hill Brisbane sits on a gray sofa, smiling with long, curly hair and glasses, wearing an orange shirt and green pants. A lit floor lamp and a green wall provide a warm backdrop.

Most importantly, I believe that anyone can benefit from psychological support and coaching. You don’t need to be ‘disordered’ to see a psychologist. Everyone deserves mental health support and wellbeing.

What you can expect when you work with me is that I consider the relationship between the mind, body and brain in my approach. I also strongly focus on the therapeutic relationship; you need to feel comfortable with your therapist in order to maximise the outcomes from your sessions.

Another area of interest to me is diversity. Whether that is cultural, gender, sexual or neurodiversity. I believe we are all unique with our lived experience and that using a diversity lens to therapy is beneficial.

I am passionate about seeing others grow and enjoy providing training and supervision to provisional psychologists, supporting them on their journey to full registration as a psychologist. I can supervise 4+2 and 5+1 interns, masters placement students, and Counselling Psychologist registrars.

To find out more about what I can offer in supervision, click here.

Outside of being a psychologist, I’m most likely training for another absurdly long distance running event, painting, enjoying live music, or being in nature.

Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about me and I look forward to assisting you on your journey.
